While this 5.5-acre resort includes a pastel-colored, traditional Barbadian village at its street-side level, the main buildings are down a short slope, away from traffic noise. A dense garden borders the lobby entrance. Botanical signs identify plantings, some of which shade two-person swings.
Breakwaters create a calm-water swimming cove along the beach. Use of kayaks, pedal boats, and snorkeling gear is complimentary. Two family pools, a children's pool, and a 10-person spa tub provide freshwater fun. The resort's Barbadian-style village includes a restaurant, coffee shop, slot-machine/video-poker room, and bar/grill with computerized golf cage and video games, all in traditional pastel buildings. |
