The old house is a beautifully restored old Madeiran house with traditional architecture and furnishings, with a hall leading to the veranda, the lounge, the dining room and reception.|The Veranda, occupying the whole front of the olde house, offers views of the town and the sea. The new wing, is well appointed in contemporary design, and is connected to the old house reception area. There is a small reception, a sitting area and a lift leading to all floors and the undergroung car par. The sitting are and book corner, on the 1st floor offer a selection of books and Madeiran reference books. Also on the 1st floor, the business corner can be found with writing desk, tables and chairs, a PC with internet coneection for free use of the guests. The underground parking has lift access to all floors. The mature gardens, offer meandering paths in local stone, flower beds and old trees, a traditional Madeiran Casa de Prazeres, a small garden conservatory, with a sitting area and a Chapel which may be used by guests for worship.
